Video Editor, LHH CTM (Remote)
Description
We are seeking a creative and technically skilled Video Editor to produce engaging video content that supports our brand, thought leadership, customer stories, internal communications, and integrated marketing campaigns. This role will edit and optimise video content across multiple digital platforms while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver compelling visual storytelling.

- Canada – Remote (Eastern time zone preferred)

- Up to 10%

- Excellent English written and verbal skills are required.

In this role you can expect to
Key Accountabilities
- Edit high-quality video content for digital marketing campaigns, social media, webinars, events, executive communications, customer stories, and internal communications.
- Collaborate with writers, designers, content strategists, and marketing teams to bring campaigns to life through video.
- Develop motion graphics, animations, captions, and visual effects that enhance storytelling.
- Optimise video assets for LinkedIn, YouTube, websites, paid media, webinars, and social platforms.
- Manage video libraries, templates, brand standards, and production workflows.
- Support live and virtual event content production when required.
- Ensure projects are delivered on schedule while maintaining exceptional quality.
- Leverage AI-powered editing tools to improve production speed, captioning, localisation, and post-production workflows.
- Stay current on video trends, platform best practices, and emerging technologies.
- Support executive thought leadership through polished video content.
All About You
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Video Production, Multimedia, Communications, or equivalent professional experience.
- 3–6 years of professional video editing experience.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating corporate, social, and marketing video production.
- Advanced proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Experience with motion graphics, animation, audio editing, and color correction.
- Knowledge of YouTube, LinkedIn, and social media video best practices.
- Experience using AI-assisted video production and editing tools.
- Strong storytelling instincts and creative problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent project management and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
